our exchange-only policy below:
Exchange Only – No Returns Accepted
- We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.
- Products may be exchanged only within 3 days of receiving the order.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Color mismatch
- Manufacturing defects
- If the reason for exchange is not due to an error from our side, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Exchange Not Accepted If:
- The item has been used or washed.
- The item is damaged due to misuse.
- More than 3 days have passed since receiving the order.
- The item was custom-made or altered upon request.
