our exchange-only policy below:


Exchange Only – No Returns Accepted

  • We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.
  • Products may be exchanged only within 3 days of receiving the order.


Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
  • Size issues
  • Color mismatch
  • Manufacturing defects
  • If the reason for exchange is not due to an error from our side, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.


Exchange Not Accepted If:

  • The item has been used or washed.
  • The item is damaged due to misuse.
  • More than 3 days have passed since receiving the order.
  • The item was custom-made or altered upon request.
